Community Survey - Referendum

Dear Families,
We are looking for community voice and input regarding facility planning at Adams-
Friendship School District.
The District is conducting a community-wide survey as an extension of ongoing
work being done by our staff and district leadership. We need your voice too!
Every household in the district will be receiving a postcard with survey information in the
forthcoming weeks. Please watch for the postcard in the mail OR feel free to answer our
